Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations. We recommend providing a physical address for your orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
International Shipping
We are currently unable to offer international shipping through our online store. However, if you are interested in international delivery, please contact our sales office directly at sales@brookeair.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
Standard Packaging
We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition. Our standard packaging is designed to provide ample protection during transit, while being mindful of environmental impact. We use high-quality, durable materials that safeguard your products against damage. Our packaging is also easy to open and recycle, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
If you have any specific packaging requirements or preferences, please let us know at the time of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that your items are packed according to your specifications. Packing requirements outside of our standard may incur additional charges, that will require paying for, prior to dispatch.
Handling of Heavy Orders
For orders exceeding 40 kilogrammes, we take extra care to ensure safe and secure delivery. These orders will be palletised to provide additional protection and stability during transit. Palletisation helps to prevent damage and ensures that your items arrive in the best possible condition
How to Check the Status of Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@brookeair.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns if you have advised us within 14 days of receipt and the goods are returned within 14 days of you confirming the return to us and that the items are unused and in original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Exchanges are not offered.
